The price for a custom computer, is for the assembly and testing, ONLY!
You must provide the parts, or we can gladly assist you in choosing the right components for your needs.
There is no charge for helping you select parts for your custom computer.
When it comes to an upgrade or repair, you are responsible for providing the necessary part(s) for the task at hand.
Again, we will be happy to help you in finding what you need.
Operating system re-installs, require an authentic copy of your operating system.
Windows, or Apple OS X.
If you do not possess the physical CDs, we are still able to do the job,
so long as you own a legal license key for your operating system,
which can typically be found via a sticker on your computer or laptop.
We will not install illegal software.
KaOs Komputers offers you, a limited 60-day warranty, on workmanship ONLY! This applies to work we have done,
and not anything that is the result of you, the end-user.
Upon inspection, if we deem we are not at fault, your equipment will be returned to you as it came to us.
If we discover we are at fault, we will take the necessary steps to correct what is needed, at no charge to you.
If we are threatened, or otherwise treated in an unsuitable manner, we will no longer do business with you,
period. We do everything we can to make a friend happy, and then some.
So please respect us, as we will always respect you.
